Responsibilities
- Assessing business and technology requirements
- Evaluating and selecting new technology solutions
- Preparing system design documentation
- Identifying areas for software improvement
- Designing system architectures and defining technical requirements
- Assessing the acceptance of the completed product
Requirements
1. A university degree in IT or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience working as a systems analyst–architect.
3. At least one successfully completed project implemented in accordance with a prepared design solution.
4. Strong knowledge of the legal and technological requirements applicable to government information systems.
5. Knowledge of PMP and Scrum (Agile) project management methodologies.
6. Good written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
! A certification confirming analyst and/or architect qualifications would be an advantage.
