Official European Union Investment Portal
The official European Union investment information portal, designed to provide the public, businesses and public-sector organisations with up-to-date information on investment programmes, funding calls, financing opportunities and projects being implemented in Lithuania.
The platform brings together funding calls, news, project information, statistics, reports and educational content in a single digital environment, ensuring convenient access to information for different user groups.
The challenge
The task
The challenge was to create a modern, easy-to-use platform capable of centralising a large volume of EU investment information while providing clear navigation for different audiences—from residents and businesses to public-sector organisations.
The system had to support continuously updated content, different funding stages and the administration of multiple programmes. It was also essential to ensure that information remained transparent, up to date and that services were readily accessible online.

The result
EU Investment Platform
A web platform with a CMS was created to centrally manage and publish information about EU investment programmes and funded projects in Lithuania.
Project results
The project included an analysis of the requirements and processes of the 2021–2027 EU Funds Investment Programme website (ESFIPS), detailed functional and technical design, and the definition of its information architecture, data structures, user interfaces and content management processes. A public EU investment information website and its CMS were developed, including modules for funding calls, progress measures, funded projects, documents, news, events, training, subscriptions, forms, search and other content, together with integrations with INVESTIS, search, analytics and other external solutions. ESFIPS is intended to serve as the primary channel for communicating information about 2021–2027 EU fund investments in Lithuania, providing the public with information about funding opportunities, project implementation and results. The project also covered the preparation of a solution for test and production environments, system and component deployment and configuration, database backup, test data preparation and anonymisation mechanisms, and deployment and administration instructions. The specification defined security, performance, reliability, cross-browser and mobile-device support requirements; the project scope also explicitly included development and warranty support services.
