REGITRA Website

A modern web platform created for REGITRA customers as the primary channel for information and digital services. The website is designed around residents’ needs, with clear information architecture, responsive design and convenient access to information about driving licences, vehicle registration, examinations and other REGITRA services.

The challenge

The task

REGITRA set out to update its official website to make it convenient for a wide range of users and align it with modern user experience standards. With hundreds of thousands of visitors each month, fast access to information and intuitive navigation were essential.

The project began with user behaviour analysis and a review of the information architecture. Content was reorganised around target audiences, the information users search for most often and real-life situations faced by REGITRA customers—vehicle registration, driving examinations, licence replacement and other services.

The solution also needed a flexible CMS, advanced search, smooth performance on mobile devices and straightforward administration of extensive information content.

The result

A user-centred REGITRA website

We created a modern web platform designed to help visitors find the information they need and complete REGITRA-related tasks as quickly as possible. Human-centred design principles shaped the information architecture around real user needs rather than the organisation’s internal structure. Responsive design and a component-based content model make it easy to manage extensive content. Advanced search, document publishing, form and news management provide a convenient experience for both visitors and administrators. The flexible architecture supports continuous development, new functionality and adaptation to changing digital services and user needs.

Project results

The project covered the full delivery and enhancement cycle for the Regitra.lt digital platform—from analysing the existing situation, user needs and key service scenarios to information architecture, UX/UI design, technical design and development. Core e-services, self-service functions, service guides, data search and customer support information were created and integrated, providing a consistent journey from finding information to completing an action. Integration, data exchange, testing, optimisation and deployment activities were also carried out. The portal was adapted for different devices and user groups. The result is a centralised, operational digital services platform that brings together public information, self-service and key Regitra customer processes in one environment.
