SODRA Website

A modern public digital services platform created for SODRA’s customers—residents, employers and self-employed people. The website has become the primary channel for social insurance information and digital services, providing convenient access to calculators, e-services and the latest news.

The challenge

The task

SODRA set out to create a new-generation website that would replace a complex, large-scale information system with a clear, user-centred digital platform. The primary objective was to help different audiences find the information they need quickly and use digital services more easily.

The solution was designed around information architecture and user experience analysis. A large volume of legislation, advisory information, news, calculators, forms and self-service links had to be brought together in one coherent, easy-to-navigate structure.

Key requirements included responsive design, advanced search, a content management system and integrations with existing SODRA information systems, ensuring information could be delivered reliably and securely.

Main features

Information for residents and businesses

Relevant social insurance information, news, legislation and advisory content, clearly organised for different user groups.

Digital services

Fast access to self-service systems for residents and policyholders, digital applications, certificates, calculators and other frequently used services.

Search and content management

Advanced search, a flexible CMS, document publishing, frequently asked questions and efficient content administration.

Integrations and accessibility

Integrations with SODRA information systems, responsive design, high security standards and an accessible user interface.

Calculators

Interactive calculators that allow residents and policyholders to estimate pensions, social insurance benefits, individual activity or employment-related contributions and other relevant financial indicators. Their functionality and design are standardised to provide a consistent, straightforward experience across different scenarios.

User journeys and guides

Information is organised around specific life situations and user objectives—for example, falling ill, applying for a benefit, saving for retirement or living abroad. Conditions, required documents, actions and links to related digital services are presented step by step.

The result

A user-centred SODRA website

We created a modern web platform that serves as SODRA’s primary channel for public communication and digital services. The solution is built around clear information architecture organised by services and user scenarios, fast navigation and convenient use on both desktop and mobile devices. The platform reduces information complexity and makes key services accessible within a few clicks. It combines a flexible content architecture, modern search and a component-based content management environment. The architecture supports ongoing expansion, integration with other SODRA systems and adaptation to changing digital services and user needs.

Project results

We created a new-generation SODRA web platform that brings together public information, access to digital services and advanced content management. The project covered the full delivery cycle—from user needs analysis and UX/UI design to development, integrations, testing and deployment.
